Okay, take my picture but HURRY!

During our rainy days I was watching the birds have fun eating berries from a tall tree, I have no idea what the name of this tree is, its not your typical holly tree. The backyard birds love the berries and this one particular mockingbird spotted me hanging out my kitchen door with camera in hand so it flew over to the wind-chime rod to get a closer look at me. He/she took a few seconds off from berry picking to look me up and down, I had to snap quickly as it he/she tired of me after a few frames.

God bless your day and keep you all safe.

Lovely images of the mockingbird. They often sing such pretty songs in my garden, even though they are master imitators. :) Glad to see you blogging again. I trimmed our satsuma trees on Monday and boy was I in a world of hurt after that! Next time I'm going to use electric trimmers or hire someone. Hope you have a blessed weekend, sweet Tammy!

Thank you for my first sight of a mockingbird! You got some very sharp poses there.
Reminds me: have you read "To Kill a Mocking Bird"? It is one of my favorite books and movies.
