Okay, take my picture but HURRY!
During our rainy days I was watching the birds have fun eating berries from a tall tree, I have no idea what the name of this tree is, its not your typical holly tree. The backyard birds love the berries and this one particular mockingbird spotted me hanging out my kitchen door with camera in hand so it flew over to the wind-chime rod to get a closer look at me. He/she took a few seconds off from berry picking to look me up and down, I had to snap quickly as it he/she tired of me after a few frames.

these are 'awe inspiring" absolutely gorgeous, stunning photos of this sweetie. Wow photography
Lovely images of the mockingbird. They often sing such pretty songs in my garden, even though they are master imitators. :) Glad to see you blogging again. I trimmed our satsuma trees on Monday and boy was I in a world of hurt after that! Next time I'm going to use electric trimmers or hire someone. Hope you have a blessed weekend, sweet Tammy!
That first shot is awesome and then it seems he was tired of posing....Mocking birds are characters....
I am glad you didn't stop blogging; I always enjoying visiting with you and seeing what you are up to.....
Take care of those arms....

Don't work too hard, Sweetie... it will still be there tomorrow. *grin*

It's like he is posing for you...great shots and I love the detail!
Thank you for my first sight of a mockingbird! You got some very sharp poses there.
Reminds me: have you read "To Kill a Mocking Bird"? It is one of my favorite books and movies.
