Hungry Hummers

Just a few pics from my kitchen window today.
It’s raining so I had to shoot from inside, I am shooting through insulated dual-pane windows so things are not as clear as "I" would like. I kinda' miss my old house
with the drafty old single pane window. I got some great shots out those panes.

I have 3 hummers battling for the 2 feeders and it’s a trip trying to capture them.

God bless you all and keep you all safe this holiday.

I did lick the screen and phooey, nary a taste of chocolate, but it does look real... great shot. i love the old time fudge cycles of my childhood... hope you feel better soon. i think your shutter-speed did a great job on the wings...

I am so sorry you've been sick, Tammy, and I hope you're feeling all better really soon.

I just love these little ones, and your photographs of them are wonderful. We've had a real lack of them this summer, and I'm not sure why. I do know that I've missed them though.

You take care of you!

I am very familiar with God's technique of getting us quiet when He has something He wants to say. I hope you hear yours soon and you can get back to business..I will be praying for you...

I can't wait for the receipts as they looks so delicious....

Those little hummers are just beautiful and I think you got some cool shots....I always say better through a window than not at all....

I'm so sorry to hear you've been so sick, Tammy!! But glad to see you home and posting again. The hummers are so beautiful, even through your windows. And that popcycle --- how do you spell that???? ---- I need to get my molds out and make those again!

I'll be praying for you, girl! Take care of yourself!

Like Sandra said, Tammy, licking the screen did not produce the desired results. Glad to read you are feeling a little better, friend. WOW on those hummer shots through the window. They looked great to me !

Tammy, this sounds serious! Here you are putting me on YOUR prayer list when I need to be putting you on MINE! Lord, please help Tammy recover and get back to good health. You are right about the being still part; it's hard to do but a necessary state sometimes. Love and hugs, sweet Tammy!

I want to get a feeder like yours. You did a good job through that window.
One of the feeders that we have leaks and attracts bees and wasps. Had to take it down.
